Ismini Kallergi studied Finance and Banking Administration at the University of Piraeus and then began her studies at Pansik in the Fashion Design & Construction department. She then worked at Sotiris Georgiou until 2020, where she specialized in pattern design and made-to-order clothing.

In 2021, she launched her "Ismini Kallergi" brand to create timeless and elegant pieces. Ismini Kallergi is a sustainable brand emphasizing the quality of fabric and tailoring. Most of the pieces she produces are made-to-order, while Ismini also provides the possibility for custom-made orders.

In June 2022, she won the competition organized by Pansik in collaboration with the Mitsis Group hotel group to design ten uniforms for the group's staff. Her prize was a scholarship to the Pansik Styling department for the academic year 2022-2023.
